I got my wife an espresso maker for Christmas this past year and of the three types of coffee grounds she has tried, these are her favorite. The freshness is amazing, it isn't overly acidic, but it is strong. Perfect roast for Americanos which are her and I's favorite drinks to make. Also perfect for lattes if that is what you like.

Wow, the flavor is scrumptious and has a smooth bright freshness that makes you sit up and take notice. What a difference from the non-organic espresso beans I was using. No acidity whatsoever so now I can enjoy a second cup every day. The mildness is a nice change. I am able to use a double scoop of ground coffee for one strong cup in my Capresso machine which probably means i'll go through the bag faster but when it tastes this good I don't mind. There's no turning back once you've tasted this. I'm hooked.

I love this espresso. It's super dark & oily. Not the best for a grinder it clogs easily with the oil but I love the dark rich taste. They're not carrying these in most WF locations anymore. I don't know why. It was a much better store before Amazon went & "modernized" it. Please put the coffee back in your stores & don't ruin it anymore please. Keep it free from preservatives & other chemicals in our food. I don't want to have to inspect every label now to avoid chemicals. Anyway the coffee beans are great. Get whole beans though because the ground coffee is NOT the same at all. Its probably half chicory & sawdust.

If I were stuck on an island and had to drink one espresso for the rest of my life this would be it!I got a Breville espresso machine for my birthday from my family and we have tried 5 different espresso beans: Allegro Sierra & Bell Canto, Kicking Horse Cliff Hanger, Starbucks Dark Roast and Ethical Bean Sweet Espresso. The Bell Canto just wasn’t as good as the Sierra, too much berry flavor for us. The kicking horse is quite good and comes in big bags which helps with cost. The Ethical Bean was very herbaceous and overpowering. Starbucks sucks, it came with my gift so I used it but it has a distinct burnt flavor. If you have a suggestion for another organic espresso please comment!However, none of them compare to Allegro Sierra! The flavor isn’t overpowering but delicious. It works well for my americano and my husband’s cappuccino. Add to auto ship!

Our favorite espresso came with 3 weeks dating - freshness issue. Otherwise, nice quality espresso that we discovered when our Whole Foods briefly had a coffee bar. Decent price. Chocolate undertones.

I am a coffee aficionado. I am very particular about the type of coffee. I prefer dark such as this espresso style café. This particular brand is absolutely outstanding. It offers a full organic no GMO base and an incredible smooth taste with no bitter aftertaste, and low acidity.This coffee taste perfect as is you don't need to add anything to it. I purchased the regular caffeinated espresso for during the day and the decaf version for after 5 PM. Both are simply delicious.I highly recommend this brand because it is organic and no GMO, which means no mold. This is the best tasting coffee I've ever had. I highly recommend this brand.🌏
