Fantastic value for money and works well. Passes the signal fine, bear in mind these are directional so likely will not work for HDMI ARC applications. Used to connect my AVR to my TV which is in another room. Fibre cables are delicate so treat with care, they're thin cables so easy to run. Good quality feel to the ends too. I ran two for redundancy purely due to the fact it would be hard to run any more dif I had an issue down the line.

Bought this to replace a 20m hdmi lead i recently installed in trunking, the one i originally had installed was connected to my av reciever and tv, worked ok for 4k but not 4k hdr (I was getting sound but no image) Now installed this cable and getting 4k hdr perfectly! very expensive but does what I wanted it to do, if you are doing a long hdmi run and want 4k hdr fibre optic is the way to go

I had a tricky route between amplifier and projector of over 11 metres though conduit. Little did I know in the first install how critical cable is to full 4K HDR signals! Not only is mere HD HDMI cable not up to the huge data transmission required, but any sort of extension leads are a no-no because digital copy protection software witchcraft detects the join and actually prevents you watching 4K as they believe you must be trying to breach the copyright - Doh! One unbroken cable has to be used between devices. Research led me to this product as had reliable reviews and wasn’t extreme audiophile exotica expensive but neither suspiciously cheap. The cable being fibre optic means I could ‘pull’ it through the conduit using a pulling string wisely left- in during the build. Note: I used copious globs of cable-pulling lube to aid the process and extra care in taping up the leading end of the new cable to make a nice taper and also ensure pulling forces could not put too much stress on the cable end terminal. Job done and I have 4K HDR 10bit colour from an Amazon fire cube tv box via an Anthem AVR to Epson 4K pixel shift projector- I’m most happy with end result. NB: Had this installed for approx 10 months with no issues at all.

I bought this cable (15m) based on various website recommendations. For testing, I unwound about two meters and tried it between an Amazon Fire TV 4k box and a Samsung 55" UHD TV. At first it was good, but then I noticed some picture disturbance (HDCP snow) and audio clicks. Touching the source end (Fire TV) cable connector made things worse and the picture disappeared for a short time. A normal (cheap, 2m) HDMI cable worked fine - even when moved. So, the cable is being returned for refund. I've ordered another and will update this review very soon. Hopefully this was just a one-off bad cable - but it doesn't bode well for quality control. ---- UPDATE ---- Second cable arrived and so far seems fine. I ran the same test and no problems were seen at 1080p60 or 4k30. I don't have a 4k60 (18Gbps) source so couldn't test that. Worth noting that the cable did NOT come with any HDMI dust covers - which is vital if you're installing the cable somewhere, which given its length is quite likely. The serial number label fell of the cable, but the general construction seems good. So now up from 2 stars to 4. If I get any issues, I'll update this review again.

I replaced a 10m copper HDMI with this last week. The old HDMI was right on the limit with 4k content - I'd see occasional two-second drop outs, occasional snow (oddly, more commonly with 1080p content), HDCP sync issues, and a total refusal to do 4k50/60 4:4:4. With this cable it's absolutely rock solid, no issues whatsoever. eARC is also working fine - no issue with Atmos/DD+. Installation through an existing conduit was fine - the plugs were of similar size to the copper cable's, and the cable itself is thinner and more flexible. All in all, if you've got HDMI issues and you're running 8m+ of cable, get this.

Excellent quality fibre HDMI cable. I used this to run a professional live video event which required a long cable run to a display. I used 4K60 and there was no noticeable latency and the signal held up absolutely fine. Just make sure you don't kink the cable or bend it too much as it's a fibre optic cable.

I paid the extra as I wanted a quality hdmi fibre optic cable as I needed it to be 5m, and that would be good for my home cinema. Plugged it in with the projector, no signal from the AV Receiver. I then plugged it directly into my PS5, nothing!! I ended up plugging the £5 hdmi cable back in, which works brilliantly - just too short.

I’ve now been using this cable for a few weeks and it turns out it’s fine for HD, 4K. But not for HDR 10. It will not pass HDR 10 signal along its 13m length. So this is turned out to be a complete waste of money. It does nothing more than my old cheap HDMI cable I had in when I had an HD projector. HDR eight seems okay, but if you’re using services like Disney+ they don’t seem to support 4K unless you have 4K HDR 10. So it outputs in HD not 4K when using that service with this HDMI cable. NOTE. This cable is a One Direction cable make sure you install it the right way round if hiding behind walls or trunking. One end is for the sauce the other end is for the screen. Install it the wrong way round and it will not work at all

プロジェクターを天吊り設置するにあたり、これまで使っていたHORIC HDMI 10mケーブルから こちらに乗り換えました。 最初、動作テストと言うことで、 何気なくコネクタを挿してTVで映像を確認しました。 無事映像出ますので、それではと！本格設置、がっ しかし！ ケーブル敷設後、映像出ずにがっかり まいったなと？？？となりました。 調べてみるとこちらのレビュにー コネクタには入力側用、出力側用が有るとの事、 実機もコネクタ部に記載が有りました。 気を取り直してケーブル引き換え、 再度Power オンすると映ってます。 綺麗にスクリーンに映ってます。 別電源も不要で12m 値段も5000円以下で購入、良い買い物が出来たと感じました。 それから使用する事数日、いつものようにアマゾンプライムで洋画を見ようと、 システムオンするも、映像が映りません。 当方使用システムは気持ち古く、 アンプはYAMAHA RX-V777 HDMI入力6 出力2、 プロジェクターはエプソン EH-TW410で構成、 数日は普通に映っていたのに、 またまた？？状態 出力ポート逝ったか？と思いつつもまずはFire TVからのHDMIケーブルを (こちらはHORIC 1m 今までノートラブル) ヤマハさんの入力ポートHDMI1からHDMI2に変更、ありゃ〜 映るではないですか！ 入力HDMI1はお亡くなり？ まぁいいかぁ〜 ナンクルナイサと 気にせず使用していました。 ところがどっこい 1週間以上経ったある日、どれどれ今夜は久々映画でもと いつも通りにシステムオンするもこれまた映りません！！ え〜 え〜 ええ〜 ？？？状態 ならば慣れたものですから、すかさず入力HDMI3に差し替えます。 ありゃ不思議映ります。(当然か) これで入力ポートHDMI2もお亡くなり決定?。 これはまずい！残存入力ポートはあと4つ このままでは被害甚大 アンプ更新計画ははまだまだ先、しっかり調べねばと、ほろ酔いながら夜中にゴソゴソ、 抜いたり挿したり、出力1⇆2切替えたり1+2同時出力したり、電源入れる順番を変えてみたりと、 いやぁ〜酔いも覚めました。 そこで分かった事は、プロジェクター側の電源をオフのままでヤマハさんの電源を先にオンにする、Fire TVは通電待機、リモコンにはまだ触らずと言った状態だと、アンプ表面ディスプレイの HDMI OUT1 もしくはOUT2の赤色文字が約1秒間隔で点滅するではないですか！ 映像はもちろん映りません！ 今度は同じくプロジェクター側電源オフのまま、Fire TVをリモコン操作で待機状態解除、 ヤマハさんをオンするとディスプレイの表示がさらに高速に不規則気味に点滅、 これはヤバイ！ もしや焼き切れるかと 一瞬焦る 最後はプロジェクター側の電源を先にオンにして、次にアンプ側の電源をオン、 最後にFire TV 側をオンにすると (Fire TVはアンプより電源オンを先でも後でも大丈夫そう) ひと呼吸おいて、キチンと映像出ます。(ひと呼吸の間は何やら認識するような動作なのでしょうか) アンプのディスプレイ点滅せず！ 正常状態です。 いやぁ〜これかと！ 真っ先にプロジェクターの電源をオンにすればいいんだぁ〜！？ 良かったのか、まぁ使用できればOK マイペンライ がっ ケーブル常時接続で入力ポートがやられるのかもしれない？ と言った不安から、 アンプ正面の入力ポートHDMI VIDEO AUXを使用して、Fire TV使用するときのみ HORIC 1mケーブルを差し込み、使用後はケーブルを抜くと言う方法で運用することにしました。 これならやられるまい！ まだまだぁ〜 沈みはせん と勝手に納得 さて3番目のこの入力ポートがやられるのはいつになるやら 乞うご期待、 しかしなんで入力ポートなんでしょう？ 今回購入ケーブルの出力ポートが逝ってしまうのなら 話もわかりますが、謎は深まりました。 HDMIへの供給電源の関係なのでしょうか？ 今回のケーブルそのものは買って良かったです。 プロジェクターをエプソンTW7100に 更新して映像美を堪能したいところですが、 いやぁ〜TW410も照明落として暗い環境なら十分綺麗と感じてます。 ではではまた...

No le des mil vueltas y te gastes un dineral probando uno y otro como me pasó a mí, incluido los hdmi 2.1. Algunos no interrumpen la señal al principio, pero al poco tiempo empiezan a fallar con breves pero muy molestas interrupciones de audio o pantallazo, y es un engorro si ya lo habías canalizado, además de la pérdida económica que supone, que suele superar normalmente los 100 euros. Con este, es posible que te gastes un poco más de dinero pero funcionará, y ojo porque hay muchos que son más caros y tampoco funcionan, no te guíes por el precio. Lo utilizo a diario desde un receptor de audio y vídeo a la televisión aprovechando el retorno de audio (Arc). Todo funciona, pero ojo porque es unidireccional y hay que conectarlo adecuadamente.

Die Anschlüsse sind vergoldet. An einem Stecker steht Display (für den Monitor/TV) und an dem anderen steht Source (für das verbundene Endgerät zum Abspielen des Bild- und Tonmaterials). Das Kabel ist sehr dünn und flexibel, wirkt aber stabil. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck vom Material und der Verarbeitung sehr hochwertig, was bei dem Preis aber auch so erwartet werden kann. Angeschlossen haben die Stecker einen festen Sitz im jeweiligen Endgerät und haben nur minimal Spaltmasse zwischen Steckerende und Endgerätbuchse. Im Betrieb wird das Bild und der Ton einwandfrei übertragen. Besser sogar ist, dass die Farben satt und real wirken. Anders als mit einem Standard HDMI Kabel, bei welchem die Farben deutlich schwächer wirken. Auch habe ich keine Aussetzer, oder sonstige Unterbrechungen, oder Störungen im Betrieb.
