If you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, this book is a must buy. It really helps you in understanding your condition in a better way. I have gone gluten free since past 10 days to check if that is the trigger. Your doctor will just provide you synthetic thyroid and it wont help your thyroid gland in the long run. You need to find your root cause. A good investment.

I found this book very helpful. Im still left with many questions which, I can take to an endocrinologist and also still looking for alternative treatments/ supplements that I may be able to find here in India.

Un libro all'avanguardia sulla malattia autoimmune tiroidite di Hashimoto. La lettura è comprensibile nonostante tratti argomenti medici. L'autrice spiega come è possibile guarire dalla malattia, come lei stessa sia guarita. Peccato non sia in italiano, dovrebbe essere accessibile a più persone.
