Bullet for Bullet is a good read. The reader gets to understand police work from a policeman's frame of reference. The book delves into contemporary indian political history in an unbiased manner. The writing is lucid and comprehensive. But as autobigraphies generally go - suffers from ' beating your own drum' syndrome.
