Nice and compact , they are not 2 different colours they are one side blue and one side red to show they can be used hot or cold , I only use then cold I put them in the freezer and that’s where they stay till I need to use them , even when they are frozen they are shapable you can bend them wiggle them about they are not just solid stiff so are flexible, they are a good size for use nice and thick not horrible and thin like some are , they are very effective to help ease tension and for pain relief for head pain (aches) or back pain, they good value for money as some on her charge quite a lot for just 1 of these, I may end up purchasing ore if they are still available. I've now used these (as cold packs) several times and I would happily recommend them. Thanks to having shingles (on my face), several times per day I currently get a burning sensation in the skin on my neck and collarbone area. Ice itself does very little for me but these cold packs bring my skin temperature down and, with one twenty minute session, I get relief for up to two hours. You can put these in the freezer for two hours but they can be cold enough to give some relief even if they have only been in the freezer for 20 minutes. It's handy to have two because one can be in the freezer while you are using the other one. They must be wrapped in some sort of cloth because otherwise you could risk damaging your skin but a tea towel does the job perfectly. They are a good size for my needs and I like that they are malleable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Must-have for every home — came to the rescue after a wasp sting! These are incredibly useful — we always keep a couple on hand so there’s one in the freezer ready to go while another is in use. I recently used one to help reduce swelling after a wasp sting, and it made a huge difference. It stays cold for a good amount of time and moulds comfortably to wherever you need it. Whether it’s for stings, bumps, aches, or heat therapy, these packs are reliable, reusable, and great value. Every home should have at least one (or four!).

Can get to hot but that’s why you don’t leave it in microwave for to long. Helps with my hip on pain relief. Stays cold for a long enough time for me and hot enough to use for a few hours.

Needed to heat for considerably longer than the instructions state, But it does say you can increase temperature with 5 seconds increments in the microwave to your desired temperature....however it doesn't retain heat well with it quickly getting cool...much too quickly for me. That said, I did like that it is lightweight compared to a wheat/rice bag or water bottle which was great when recovering from a laparoscopy where any weight or pressure on my stomach was uncomfortable. It does work better for cold, staying colder for longer and being malleable. I like the versatility of this product and how lightweight it is, didn't like that it didn't stay hot/warm for long enough. I also purchased when I was poorly after surgery and clearly, my own fault, didn't read it well enough and was mislead by the picture provided, expecting two items, not a single two in one product. I wouldnt buy this item again due to it not staying warm long enough.

Brilliant, manageable size, felt similar to holding a slush puppy , used for my shoulder and tooth ache, don’t take up much space in the freezer.

Très bon produit, qui passe au micro-ondes (ne pas dépasser 1min de chauffe et 650W de puissance) et se met également au congélateur. Le froid permet de soulager les contusions, bleus, entorses etc, et le chaud, quant à lui, va apporter un soulagement aux muscles endoloris ou contractés, aux crampes et aux règles douloureuses. La poche est épaisse et très flexible, ce qui permet de bien la "mouler" sur la partie du corps désirée. Attention cependant : il y a une seule poche dans le colis, et non deux, comme pourrait le laisser penser la photo de l'article. C'est juste qu'il y a une face bleue et une face rouge ;)

J'en ai commandé 2 et l'un est défectueux dès la troisième utilisation. Il fuit par les bords. Je ne les ai utilisé que en version congélateur.
