I cook a lot of pastry, dishes, and this is the best rolling pin that I have ever used. I love it so much that I give it as gifts in baskets with other pastry items. And, not only is it incredible, but it’s also very inexpensive. The design is perfect for rolling, delicate pastries or thicker dough. One of my favorite Amazon finds ever. And, when your dog jumps up on the counter and eats your freshly made beef Wellington, you can chase him around the house with it.
