A bit complicated,but the advise is sound.The chapters are arranged so that they are highlighted according to easy to read format. My best advise is to purchase a highliter and use it as you read along what seems most important to you. The food selections are varied.so you should find food for the most palates.I think you will enjoy this read just take it slow and easy and highlight what interests you. This book encourages great eating habits and many scientific truth is that you wouldn’t really ordinarily realize. It has a huge collection of many scientifically proven ways to improve your health by what you eat and do. I really like the book. I think it is good for all ages not just seniors. I gave the book to each of my children because the content is really good.

Just a bunch of drivel with no sources sited. No idea if the information is backed by industry sources or science. Don't waste your money.
