product works great. the price is affordable, and you get two. breaks down good with warm liquids I suggest. taste is tolerable. I do notice an energy level change when I use on a regular basis. No additives added. too bad this order was stolen, but I speak from my previous experience with using this product for three years.

I've been buying this brand for several years now and am very satisfied with the quality and consistency. No flavor, little grit (cannot even tell when mixed with a protein shake).

This is my first foray into creatine. Pro: I only take one scoop (5g) daily and can feel it helping with mid-workout fatigue and brain fog. I'm not great about taking it daily, but I can feel a noticeable difference on the days I do take it. Cons: It does NOT dissolve easily. Even after blending thoroughly I'm left with grit in my teeth and at the bottom of my cup (which i then have to force down my throat like medicine) It also tastes bitter, so definitely requires adding it to a juice or flavor shot of some kind. This does make it difficult to include in my routine as a supplement.

Apparently "monohydrate" is the best type of creatine. So when I found this product - a large size, low price, and lots of very high ratings - I gave it a try. I'm on my third tub. One of the things I like about it is, it's utterly flavorless. No after taste no nothing. It has a slightly gritty texture that dissolves easily in any drink, hot or cold. Which makes it really easy to take. One of these days I'll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I've formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.
