Would be useful if it can be made to stay in place
Its quite firm and can be useful if it can be made to stay in its place. The elastic even at its tightest portion do not keep the cushion in right height and it slips down.There should be an upper strap to hold it in right place.

I like the Orthowala back rest I just purchased on Amazon.The product has been made using good quality material. I got it at a good discounted price and it is just like shown in the image. It provides good support for the back. It also has removable cover which is convenenient.

Offers very good support for lower back
I have been using this for 2 months now & I am completely satisfied with the comfort and support it is providing - full value for money. I am surprised that it is so light and strong at the same time. It's size is just perfect and it has an adjustable strap at thr back to fit on to any size chair. I have tried memory foam too, but feel this stiff one gives better support and pain relief. I have even bought an office chair for WFH, but still it isn't as comfortable for supporting the back, as this cushion. I even use it when I am sitting on the sofa or armchair, to support my back.Only possible drawback is that since it is stiff, may not work with a chair that has a rounded/ curved backrest. It may be strong enough to support - I don't know because I would not like to try it incase it gets damaged. Extremely happy with my purchase and find the price very reasonable too, for the quality and support it offers. Go for it...*Update* I have been using it for over 2 years now & it hasn't lost its shape & gives my back the same level of support. Only the elastic band has worn off, otherwise it is still in great condition.

Mid back pain started after using it
After using for few hours, my mid back is paining so much, coz after using it we got lower back support but no mid back and upper back support.
