Gives the ability to focus much more. Calm relaxing beverage but it does not make me sleepy. I add a tad of grade B (dark amber) maple syrup and it pairs well. Great beverage.

This will not knock you out if that is what you are looking for but as far as distressing I would highly recommend this product. Like a relaxing hot chocolate which the added benefit of mushrooms

I'm using this product to reduce or even dispel brain fog in my wizened brain. I like mixing it with broth. Easy to use. I sure hopesit contiues to keep me sharp.

Didn't really do anything. But on the plus side it didn't really do anything.

Outstanding product, as are the other flavors. Mushrooms are the Original Super-Food! I like to sweeten and lighten them with soy or almond creamer, yum!

Love this stuff. A lot of coffee can give me heartburn and this will give me the boost I want without that. Plus it's good for ya. What's not to like.
