How To Stop Smoking Marijuana: A Simple Approach To Stop Smoking Weed Without Feeling Like Shit

Nineteen pages
This 19 page book covers an important topic- how to stop smoking marijuana. I had great hope that this would be helpful to people struggling to stop using cannabis. It is written by a former marijuana user whose describes this a a “proven step by step process”. He suggests that the learning the basics of neuro linguistic programming and applying those principles will “recondition” the mind and break the desire to use marijuana. This book is not worth the money. It does not cover this complex topic in any level of detail, provide evidence of effectiveness nor does it offer any novel strategies. Save your money- you can get more accurate and helpful information from the free pamphlets on the online Marijuana Anonymous site or similar public health oriented websites.

Bought it for a pothead sibling
Bought it for my pothead brother for Christmas. I heard he threw it in the trash. Guess he didn't like it. 😂 I think it's great though. Title gets the message across!

you have to really want to quit for this to work.
The book says you have to really really really want to quit. Then choose a snap of finger or something similar. Use that five times every time you want a smoke. I choose five taps on my hand. It worked a little.

Stop smoking pot now and save your own life and Future
I'm grateful for this tiny book because it was written sincerely by a former user who was dependent upon cannabis. It is intelligent and straightforward and simple and concise. I intend to purchase many more of them. Thank you

Poor Quality Writing
I’ve never seen so many typos and misspelling in a “book” in my life.

Easy and productive read
I feel it was really good for quiting however it doesn't speak about the effects of quiting for long time users. E.g tips on sleeping anxiety etc.

19 pages?!
Seems like a cash-in attempt. 19 pages for this price is nothing short of a rip off. Badly written, and a hodge-podge of Allen Carr's method and NLP. Nothing new here. Don't bother.
