I love my Ginger tablets ,i am a fitness instructor and need a lot of energy to teach 14 classes /week i can feel the difference if i do not take them ,also it help my muscles recovery and take away any pains in my joints ,this brand is awesome ,easy to take and very efficient i do not have the time to eat raw ginger so my tablets are just so practical i also mix it with with tumeric tablets after trying differnt brands i will stick with this one ,quality and price are perfect thank you xxx

Ginger is so good as an anti-inflammatory and immune supporter. We just don't eat enough! This is the best way to take it for me. The tablets are compressed into long pills which makes them easy to take and at such a great dose. I take these with 12000mg of turmeric and raw garlic everyday. I dont smell funny or have strange coloured skin by the way! My grandchildren would have had great pleasure telling me!

I have been buying this product for several times. It was good. However the tablet size has changed recently. It became bigger, make it a bit difficult to push down. Prefer the previous size. I might try to look for another smaller one.

You can't failt the quality of Simply Supplements producst and these are no exception. Ginger is so good for you. I take two tablets each morning and find it gives me so much more energy. It is also said to help joints and blood circulation as well. Of all the supplements I take this one I consider to be the most important and I rarely miss taking it.

Very high dose. The tablet is massive though, so if you have a problem swallowing then be cautious of that fact. But a very good dose.

Ginger is a supplement we should all include in our diet. This is a huge tub which will last ages. The tablets are quite large and you might have to snap it in two if you can't swallow it whole. I'm no nutritionist but it seems a good quality product to me.

Sono sbalordito per gli effetti di queste pastiglie. Io l'ho acquistato per ridurre i problemi legati al reflusso gastroesofageo, a tal fine con una sola pastiglia dopo colazione riesco a stare bene quasi tutto il giorno (dipende anche da cosa mangio ai pasti) e se serve ne prendo una anche dopo cena per aiutarmi durante la notte. Altro effetto positivo, lo trovo ottimo come stimolante per le difese immunitarie, preso più assiduamente quando sono raffreddato mi aiuta a ridurre i sintomi da malessere invernale.
