My three kids absolutely love their go-kart. In fact, all the neighbors come over wanting to use it as well because it’s so fun. It has two different speeds to be able to change and it’s been very sturdy. Battery life is great and it charges relatively quick.

Got it as a Christmas gift for my grandson and it broke the first day he rode. I was expected to pay the shipping to return it. And the shipping would have cost almost as much as the cart. So frustrating. It was like throwing $200 away.

Bought three of these for my kids for Christmas. Kids aged 6, 9 and 12. They were the head of the streets all the other kids came out to take turns and play. So originally thought this is a great purchase however, after only about a week of use one of the wheels snapped off. I contacted the seller and requested to send it back they originally tried to charge me over $100 to ship it back they have been working with me after I sent in photos of the broken piece, still waiting to see how that resolve however within two days of the first one breaking another one of these snapped off at the same point the wheel has come off. It is the plastic bearings that hold the screw into the receiver. And so not fixable on my end. The battery power worked well once you stick them on the charger after each use, and we had no problem with any of the electric or internal functions. This simply seems to be poor quality of the plastic that should probably be reinforced for durability. Still waiting to see if the seller will refund me my money and provide prepaid shipping label so I can mail them back.

So far it has only run for about 1.5minutes, giving 1 star because it was delivered quickly and customer support is actively trying to resolve the problem. I will update review if we are able to resolve it. Update it has been almost 3 weeks (19 days) first they said it was the wrong charger, they sent a new charger that was identical to the old one and worked the same as the old one. So they sent a new battery. One that cannot be put in because they used glue to clue the battery prongs to the wires. We have a days until we can return it so if we cant fix it by then it will be returned. 8yr old girls birthday present she can't even use. Will continue to update. Update- they've sent a replacement, it won't charge or work at all, and the charger and wheels are completely different from the original and the replacement charger. Trash, we wasted a month and a half waiting and trying. Need a full refund
