Very Good Product
I was hesitant to use this system as it had mixed reviews from others. This was my fist time installing large format (12x24) tiles on a vertical shower wall. I can not tell you how much this product saved me in time and headaches. It provided the spacing, the evenness between tiles, etc. There were a few pieces that came damaged as others said and the pricing is high for such a simple cheap product but you are paying for someone else's idea. I would use these over and over again. Highly recommended. This is only for Part A of a Part A/B product. So it gets costly.

A must for large squared off tile!
I love very these things! They are a huge help when laying large square endged tile like travertine. I recommend watching the companies video on YouTube as a reference before you start working with them. Depending on your tile pattern you may want to use more than recommend, either way you are going to need more than you think! They are easy to remove once the tile is set, a swipe of your foot and they are gone.I did not get the tool used to install the wedges but I definitely will of I do something larger than a bathroom. They are hard on your hands when installing the wedges but it can be done. The tool will speed up the process and save your hands and fingers.Well worth the price!

These Work Great! Perfect Floor!
These little LASH tile spacers/levelers are the trick you need to get a beautiful, well-spaced, flat and even floor. They're easy to apply, sort-of easy to remove (by breaking off) and a much better alternative to standard "X" style tile spacers. The curved bottoms apply a small amount of tension on the joint, to keep it even, and the spacing is completely uniform from one spacer to the next. These are especially helpful with long tiles, which can bow, or with LFT, with lots of edge area.Using the matching LASH wedges, you just insert, adjust and you're done. To remove these, you wait until the thinset is fully cured and then kick them out with your foot. They snap off easily, leaving the lower portion embedded under the joint. As with any tile job, you must back-butter your tiles. These aren't perfect however. For one thing, they're a one-time-use product. If you have more tile jobs to complete, you have to buy more of these. You can reuse the yellow wedges though...Second is they aren't cheap. The price for me is worth it, considering the results though...I will definitely be using these again, especially for any Large Format Tile.

These work very well, when you actually understand installing large format tile...
I decided to try these installing 12x24 in and 6x24 in tile on my garage wall. This is considered large format tile, and this is where these bad reviews come from. User error is no excuse for a bad review. These spacers will work best with a 1/2 in trowel, which is what large format tile calls for. Also you must back butter every tile, I flat back buttered every tile and they are not going anywhere. This creates an instant adhesion point with your trowel thin set along with proper pounding on the tile. Using them on smaller tile with smaller trowel depth is not what they are designed for.Buy the tool: It is extremely inexpensive and will save your fingers. It will also torque the wedge much deeper than your hand can.Learn to install large format tile: This is where youtube college comes in these pictures of failures are proof of user error. They do lay flat. Just look at my picure, when torqued correctly using the proper back buttering and 1/2 in groves and using the tool the curve is enginered to work as directed. Those whining about them being curved prove user error. The tile project in the garage turned out amazing, and these spacers make you look like a pro and prevent any lipage. They are less expensive than other systems and QEP is a proven brand.

Good in some situations, not others
U P D A T E: The following review still applies, but I just learned something very important...The quality of the clips that come in the 300 count boxes is different than the quality of the clips in the 96-count packages. In my photos, the good clips with more material at the break joint were from a 96-pack and the bad ones were from a 300-count box. I just went to HomeDepot to compare the two and, sure enough, the 96-count packs have MUCH better clips.Having said that, who knows when these things were manufactured and packaged. It may be that the 300-count boxes are newer and HomeDepot hasn't sold through their inventory of old 96-count packages. Just let it be known that there are good ones and bad ones, and unless you can put your hands on them before you buy, you cannot tell which is which.=====I have mixed results with this product.Good: 12x24 porcelain tile 3/8" thick. I used the clips themselves to provide the spacing. Not so good: 18x18 travertine 1/2" thick. The real problem in this case was that we needed to use 1/4" grout line spacing. These clips don't like having that big gap and will sometimes snap off if you tighten too much. How much is too much? You don't know until its too late. You must be extremely careful to line up the QEP LASH pliers to minimize breakage.Tip: To avoid over-tightening the clips, I have learned to tighten very slowly and listen to sound the clips/wedges make with each notch tightened. At first, the sound is a distinct "click" sound, but as things tighten up to near the point of breaking, the sound becomes much less audible and more of a quiet bump/thud sound (isn't onomatopoeia great!). You should stop tightening once the clicking stops and you start getting thud. If you have large grout lines (eg 1/4") try to keep the clip vertical by wiggling the wedge as you tighten so the clip is always vertical. The clips I've had break seem to have less plastic joining the vertical piece to the part under the tile. The first time I bough these I got the 96-pack and didn't have this issue -- I never broke a single one (using the stronger clips and narrower grout lines). With this new batch (300 count box) I started out breaking about 50% and then became extremely careful to get the breakage rate down to about 20%, perhaps 15%.Generally I like this product, but for larger grout-lines and thick heavy tile, I don't think its up to the task. Having said that, I am still buying more for this project as I still find these to be the most economical and easily available option for the DIY tiler.I have uploaded some photos showing what the old vs new clips looks like. The ones with more material were purchased about 18 months ago while the ones with less material were purchased recently. I have had a serious problem with the newer ones snapping off. Never had any issues with the old ones, and they were not difficult to kick out at the end either. QEP needs to go back to the old mould.
