Yes, itâs a comfortable arm band, but thatâs about it. Sleep tracking is absolutely terrible. It cannot distinguish between times of low activity (such as when youâre reading in bed) and sleep and therefore gives you an incorrectly high sleep score. I bought it because I didnât want to pay for it & wear my whoop 24/7 anymore, but it is a totally inferior product that is so inaccurate it will do nothing to assist you with training or recovery metrics.

Hace su funciĂłn exactamente como anuncia, son los mismos sensores que un reloj (en mi caso FR955) para dormir y te da las mismas estadĂsticas de sueño, con la comodidad de no tener que usar el reloj y de hecho es muy cĂłmodo de usar, solo no lo aprieten demasiado y que el sensor quede en una zona donde no lo vas a apretar contra tu brazo o se va a quedar marcado.

Muy contento, me costó que se sincronizara el reloj y el Index, pero después bien.
