What is measurement of wire rack only? And measurement of the drain mat? Please.

The red plastic drainer is approx. 15inches wide by 20 inches long, the wire rack is 14 inches wide by 16 inches long

How high is that drain lip off the counter? Anyone have luck using this with a sink that is not flush?

Yes, I used it on a non-flush sink and I had to put something under the back end so it would drain. It wasn't ideal and I have a different one now because of that.

Does the white drain board get a water calcium deposit showing real bad as on the black one I had for a long time

The white drain board does show a very slight water calcium deposit but it is very light. That deposit is just the nature of standing water. I tilt the board to allow for water drainage after every heavy use. A light wipe down every 3 to 4 days makes the light deposit disappear. clean.
