For the front pocket specifically , does it fit a phone that’s 6.5 inch x 3 inch?

The front pocket is roughly 5” X 5” and will not hold a phone - I use it for my car keys, etc. I place my phone in the larger “L” shaped front pocket - it has a phone sleeve plus the additional padding with RF shielding makes it very secure.

Does it fit the iPad Pro 11?

Yes, as its dimension is same as iPad Air 4 so it will fit easily. Only iPad 12.9 inch I have doubt about. 11 inch iPad Pro will fit easily inside it.
