What Starts as a Pit Stop Becomes a Two-Hour Adventure (Spoiler: The Saw Wins)
I told myself I was just going to fuel it up, top off the bar oil, and give her a quick start to make sure she was running right. That was the plan. A solid, responsible, five-minute plan. The saw, apparently, had other plans. She fired right up, sounded great, and the next thing I knew I was two hours deep into cutting with this little beast and had gotten her stuck — not once, but twice — requiring a full rescue operation with my wife as co-pilot. To her credit, she didn't say a word. To my credit, I got the logs cut. This thing is impressively capable for its size. The 25.4CC engine has more attitude than a saw this compact has any right to, and it handles tree work like it's been waiting its whole life for the opportunity. The top handle design makes maneuvering easy, which is probably why I kept telling myself "just one more cut." One minor gripe: the chain has worked itself loose a few times, so keep your wrench handy and check tension before you head out. It's a quick fix, just don't let it catch you off guard mid-cut. Bottom line: if you're looking for a capable, fun little saw that will absolutely sucker you into spending your entire afternoon in the woodlot while your wife periodically rescues you — this is your saw. Zero regrets. Five stars.

Great saw for the money?
Honestly, I bought this thinking it’d be a “use it a couple times and see” kind of tool, but it’s been solid. Once I got the fuel mix right, it started up after a few pulls and has been reliable ever since. I used it to cut up a some trees we had taken down to build our house, and it chewed through everything without struggling. Plenty of power for firewood and cleanup work. The 18” bar feels like a good middle ground-not too heavy, not too small. It does vibrate a bit (it’s a chainsaw, after all), but not enough to be annoying, and it feels sturdy in your hands. Chain stayed tight, didn’t leak, and nothing rattled loose, which I half expected at this price point. Started on the 6th pull, ran all day -two tanks of fuel and that was all I could do. The saw outlasted me! I will keep it and use t much more in the future. If you’re a homeowner who needs something for storm cleanup, trimming, or cutting firewood and don’t want to drop a ton of money on a big-name brand, this thing gets the job done. You might not need an 18inch saw but their 12inch might be a little smallish-buy one of each at this price. Update: Started with 5 stars, revised to 1 star. This saw, when it started was fantastic. My second time out the recoil spring failed and now I cannot start it. Vevor doesn't sell parts and doesn't provide parts under warranty according to their support. Waiting to see how they remedy this $100 experiment. Outlook not so good. Bummer.

Excellent Performance!
Excellent Saw, shreds up the wood Bo problem at all. Very happy. Starter right up, and comfortable to handle. Made short work bucking up the wood for sure. Only thing needed is a better chain sharpener, the one it comes with is like 7” way too short. But what a value!

Great saw for the price
Not bad for the price. Wasn't too hard to put together and started right up. It is a little heavy but feels solid. Cut through this large tree quickly.

Well worth it
Happily surprised! I was hesitant with the relatively unknown name brand (@ least here in the US) and low price point. Plenty of power, started right up and haven't had any issues starting since. It's not overly heavy and balanced well. Only have had it for a day or two so I can't speak for the durability yet, but seems like a good quality and should prove to be durable. The only downfall I will note is the chain itself. Fits well and works well but dulls VERY quickly. Had to put on new chain after first 2 hours of use (and no, I was only cutting trees ... not concrete, dirt, metal or any other chain destroying elements) The chain doesn't match the quality of the saw. Have a spare handy.

vevor 25.4
We used this vevor 25.4 for two days on a tree project and it preformed great. Saw is easy to start and cuts better than expected for this price point.

didn't order20+ times+asso offering me a partialrefund now I've had to spend $80 in parts smh.
Product broke within an 20 minutes rubber grommet on top of has happened just developed a Crack luckily I only had a little it of hss I. It. Other than cheap pull string for a semi heavy duty unit ran good. UT that's why it was an accidental order reviews told me this i. A sense beforehand. I tried to deal.with it but if it can run longer than 10 minutes there's a problem if they beefed up.some of the important components might be set a unit as a whole update I was told I was going to get a refund more times than I can count then they said they had to apply the a to z rule and to not speak with the vivoire company who was going to give me money back to my original payment well and now I can't even get that because they promised me a full refund and I'm screwed out of the whole deal I've had to buy parts and I'll kind of stuff which I'm still waiting for a month and a half these parts and I'm trying to save my house from oaks taking it over I wouldn't order this it was an accident but now I'm stuck with it and they lied to me 20 different times and then hung up on me again very unprofessional! I spend over $500 a month with Amazon and they show me no respect! still doesn't run I have over $80 in parts spent 47 days out for the vent cover things that you'll see in the video if it'll let me post it keeps taken away the pictures I post

Super deal
I've only used it for about 3 hours total so far, but what a great saw. Got lots of power and started right up out of the box after assembly. One pull to start it when its warm. I had some large logs that I needed to cut down the middle (too big for my splitter) and it went through the red oak like butter. Nice to have the extra size and power vs. my 16" Stil. Only one small error in the owner's manual--It does not tell you to put on the teeth before you put on the bar and chain.

I've been very impressed with Vevor bench and hand tools. I have a few of their tools and found them all not just a great value, but well made. Still, I was a bit skeptical about buying a Vevor chainsaw. I replaced an old Poulan with this Vevor and was blown away. Super easy setup and put it through a full day of clearing Maple after a bad ice storm. First pull start once it's warm. Runs fantastic. Doesn't bog down easily even when you push it hard. The chain did stretch quite a bit after a few hours of hard use but that's typical. Tools were included and came in handy to adjust chain and tighten the bar. Fully recommended. Incredible value.

I would give zero stars if I could. First of all it leaks fuel everywhere no matter how much you tighten it. Next the pull start string has a grommet thats supposed to keep the string in place. First time I used it it wouldent stay running so I had to pull start it 5 or 6 times that grommet popped out and the friction from the string literally melted the housing and cut a 1 inch grove in it. I bought it in the winter time so I hadent tried it untill the other day so I can't even return it. Trash trash trash stay far away. Iam going to connect never about a return amd refund.

When the saw arrived i was more then happy with just the protection it had for being shipped without damage . I moved on and assembled what needed to be assembled for the saw and I was quite impressed with the quality of the saw and how easy everything went together. I have been a chainsaw owner for a very long time but I have never been able to fill a chainsaw with gas and bar oil and start it in 2 pulls and have it idle like a boss ...This little saw to me is very impressive. I was very apprehensive to buy it but I am glad I did

Overall a great saw. I've ran 15tanks of gas through her. I'm going pretty heavy on oil. Maybe 19:1. Thing makes good power considering the heavy amount of oil. I use this 58cc in tandem with my other 62cc saw for milling. The little saw will do it with a sharp chain. It will take 90% throttle for about 8secs and a break for a few seconds. Breaks between boards. Pretty impressed for a low quality saw. I had issues with carb within 5tanks of gas. Contacted seller and the offered a partial refund for carb I had to replace. I would get rid of those "torch" spark plug. Put a quality unit in and slowly replace the junk parts. The core engine is decent. I honestly expected first day of milling would kill it. A Husqvarna of same cc woukd be $580. Figure $10/cc. Where there's no comparison. We all know instinctively that chinese units are junk. For a home owner, buy this saw. Great saw. Small issues. It leaks bar oil, it seems to leak gas over time. Drain them if not using. Other than that, mix your gas and go.

Glad to have the ear plugs . It has a different pull to the pull rope. It is good compression, you feel it in starting it.but cuts good and runs like a top.
