Great primer but don't use it with small needles
Overall it works pretty well. The finish is the best part of it, resulting in a nice matte look that's easy to paint on. The one caveat is that is does tend to dry very quickly. This is both good and bad. It's good since you're pretty much ready to paint within 5-10 minutes of priming your models. It's bad because it has a tendency to start gumming up your airbrush in mid-priming session. I use a cheap airbrush with a .5mm needle and this helps lessen the issue but I still need to jostle the needle fairly regularly to keep it flowing. And you need to make sure you clean the thing well after you're done. All of that is straight out of the bottle though. Adding a bit of thinner or retarder might help a tad. It still beats using a rattle can.

Excellent for priming!
Bought this to use as a primer on models - airbrush application is flawless and very smooth, paint dries evenly and quickly no matter how thickly it's applied. My new go-to primer.

Awesome primer! Very little dilution needed
Very good primer, goes very smoothly and has a nice durability, great base for painting. It says it can go straight out of the bottle into an airbrush, but I like to add just a few drops of water to it, makes it smoother and a nicer application

The best primer I’ve used so far. By far.
I’ve used mostly Vallejo in the past but my last 2 bottles of black “matte” primer were too glossy, close to what a semi gloss should be. Not good. This primer (stynylres) sprays beautifully and has a much more satin/matte finish. It’s also much thinner so it can be sprayed right from the bottle, and it doesn’t fill in and cover fine details like other primers I’ve tried. After one use I knew this was my new “go to” primer. Time will tell how consistent it is from bottle to bottle but so far I am 100% happy.

Looks good, sprays well but hassle to clean.
I bought this because of its sandability. So far it looks promising. I sanded a couple areas, repaint and it blended in really well. Like many of the reviews I read mentioned, it can clog the airbrush even when using the largest needle size. It just starts to dry fast like many acrylics without thining or retarder, I read this was the best way to spray it. I found spraying a small amount at a time with airbrush cleaner in between helped with preventing clogs and made cleaning it at the end easier. A deep clean is necessary after use. I will probably keep using it when I build planes since it helps me find areas that still need sanding.

Great primer
Great primer to apply by brush. Goes on nice and even without obscuring detail.

The best primer for scale model kits
Best primer. Airbrush-ready. Sprays smooth. Dries fast. Extremely forgiving. 20psi and .5 needle is a smart move.

This is an amazing primer for miniatures
I have not painted over the primer yet but in terms of airbrushing it on; I got better coverage and it worked better then Vallego and Pro Acryl. I am looking forward to how it handles paint.
