I would say yes since it has a zip. Big size good for boys anyways not tight. Give them extra space.

I’m not sure but my grandson size was 8 to 10 for big boy

Yes. I actually purchased bigger for my little brother in case it shrank in the dryer, but it didn't shrink at all. Now he has a light jacket till his next growth spurt.
