Practical item.

Firstly, no one should depend upon this product for anything more than bladder issues; the cut of the product does not allow for that kind of protection. The so-called side protection "cuff" built into each leg side of the brief has limited use. If your body shifts, those "cuffs" intended to protect against leaks have limited functionality. These briefs are comfortable and easy to put on if you have issues bending over because the leg holes stretch well enough to relieve some of the stress in donning hem. And I wouldn't put too much stock in the "Heavy" classification. If one has one serious accident, for instance one resulting from medication, it would only comfortably hold one such event, because frankly, who would want to sit on that collection of fluid unprotected adequately for too long. It is not recommended to keep flesh exposed to that kind of acidic fluid for too long. Yes, I would purchase these again because they would be adequate for our use and they are still a bit less expensive. If you need more protection, try the heavy-duty version of this product or another product which has a much thicker structure and retention rate than this one.
