Great watch-poor customer service?

Watch has been pretty great.Only complaint is that the strap that came with it broke pretty quick, and Amazfit customer service never responded to help with the situation.

This is a great watch. My wife has an Apple Watch And now she is wanting to get one of these because of everything it has on it. The watchband broke after having it for two weeks and they took care of it with no problem
