Q: Where can I get parts for this lift ?

I tried contacting the seller and could only leave a voice mail. Of course I never received a call back. I replaced the anchors with fasteners with REAL ones from Amazon and opened up all the bolt holes using grade 8 fasteners from Tractor Supply.
