Helps my hair stay soft!

I love how this conditioner keeps my hair very soft. I did have difficulty trying to squeeze it out of this large bottle as it takes a lot of force, but is well worth it.

The product that's inside the bottle is not S Factor. I've bought this product from a beauty supply store and what's inside this.....is not what it advertises!!!!!

Clumpy product

Used to love this brand but last 2 times I got their conditioner it is always clumpy and doesn’t squeeze out nicely. Oh well.
