Quiet and Smooth
It is sturdy. Easy to assemble alone. Should fit under the bed if you fold it up. And it is quiet enough (I'm an upstairs neighbor), you really can't hear it if you have a fan going. I do have it on carpet but didn't notice a difference on my hard flooring. Noise was my main concern when purchasing.I'm out of shape so I don't know about "workout quality". But it seems good to me, I'm huffing and puffing after 30 min. If you're worried about resistance just get some bands or ankle weights? I have an old ankle injury and the impact of running makes it collapse; with this I haven't had an issue. I did expect it to hurt my knees but it glides smoothly and so far it has been great.

Great for beginners!
Detention strap could be stronger. It's definitely good for beginners the pedals do not hold the entire foot though so be careful...

Save your money
Took forever to ship and receive. Sturdy but pedals are cheap plastic. There's basically no resistance at all and hits bottom. I'm only 143lbs. I knew it didn't have adjustable resistance but didn't think it had basically none. I was looking at another brand and should have bought that. Guess this too will be another lesson learned and off to Goodwill.Save your money go with another brand. If it had come with different resistant bands it would have been a keeper

Causes knee and back pain
I have been using this for a few months. The price point was very attractive and it was a sturdy machine. Here is the issue that I thought might pass after getting in better shape. This machine won't give you the same workout actually climbing steps or an electric stair machine. I am tall (6 feet) and I find it gives me knee problems and while it gives my core a workout, it also has been causing back strain. I only use it a few times a week but ended up getting bad back pain that I believe is related to this machine since it started after I started using it more often. If you are looking at a stationary machine I recommend a treadmill, elliptical or bike over this. It isn't worth the potential joint and spine issues.
