健康のために、初めてオートミールに挑戦しようと思い、お米に似ているタイプのロールドオーツの、グルテンフリーのこちらの商品を購入。 オートミール30gに50～60ccのお水を入れ、軽く混ぜてからレンジ600wで1分で完成。もちもちした触感に変身。 はじめてなので、若干の臭みを感じましたが、これは食べているうちに慣れていくようです。 その日は野菜炒めを作り、オートミールはお米の代わりに食べたのですが、味が濃いものと一緒に食べると、においを感じなくなり、とても食べやすかったです。お腹にもしっかり溜まるので、満腹感もありました。 1日一色はオートミールに置き換えで続けてみようと思います。

ロールドオーツは幅広い調理に使えるものの一粒一粒が大きく自分にとっては扱いづらいため、ミルで粉砕することを画策中。手早く調理したい方には同シリーズの「クイッククッキングロールドオーツ」がおすすめ。お米の代わりにしたいならロールドオーツでもＯＫ。
