TURKISH COFFEE MADE FOR 2 PERSONS:

Add sugar (if needed), a single cup of cold filtered water, Turkish coffee cup size cup and 1.5 cup of Turkish coffee (ground one) into the copper Turkish coffee pot.
Use a small spoon to stir for a short time until mixing, and place the pot on the stove.
Boil your coffee mix slowly on medium heat. This will take 3-4 minutes, please observe carefully.
When the coffee is warmed, the deep bubbles build up. Get closer to boil, use a teaspoon to transfer a portion of the bubbles to two Turkish coffee cups. Put the coffee pot back to the stove.
When the coffee is boiling, pour half of the coffee over the foam.
Turn the coffee pot back to the stove, boil the remaining coffee for more 15-20 seconds, and pour the rest to the rim of the coffee cup.
Add water and Turkish food.
