I believe those are pecans that you are seeing, not walnuts. They list the ingredients as cashews, almonds, pistachios and pecans.

Q: This product showed up in my search for "raw nuts" but I don't see anywhere that these are in fact raw vs roasted. Can you verify? Thanks

These are a Costco product distributed under the name brand name Kirkland. They are dry roasted and unsalted mixed nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios). The presence of Peanut Oil is what indicates a dry roasting process was used. They are the best I have ever had. The almonds are crunchier than normal.

Q: Are these nuts roasted?

It does not say "Roasted" anywhere on the container that I have. (I just looked). They contain peanut oil, which means they are most likely fried in it. I have learned that there are a lot shenanigans that go on in the nut industry. They taste very good though, as things fried in peanut oil normally do. :)

Q: How much do you think a jar serves? Trying to calculate how much to get to have for about 90 guests. We will have other snacks to feed on. thanks.
