Hi! The weight on the mount is roughly 1.4 ounces.

The title says Lrp mount and 39mm spacer, but the description does not not say wether or not the mount and spacer are included. Are they included?

Yes mount and spacer is included . I have on fn scar 17s

Does this come with the shorter screws if I want to use this scope without the 39mm spacer?

This optic only comes with the screws needed for the mount and spacer used together.

Is this a lower 1/3 mount or 1.93" height?

I received the 1.93" height, so this should be what you receive also. I was a little concerned too when I ordered, it should be clearer on the page of what you are ordering. But I got what I wanted, it's all good.
