This item is a must have. It charges fast., the connection was perfect, functionality is exactly as described, it is compact, and flexible. I could turn off the devices instead of having to unplug it from the cigarette lighter.

I installed this 2 socket car lighter adaptor minutes after it arrived. Compared to my old 1 into 2 power outlet adaptor, this unit looks and feels far sturdier, has important features that my old adaptor did not have, and even has subtle blue lighting that looks suhweet at night!What I like best is that the 2 lighter slots are switched, an important feature as my car's lighter socket stays energized when the ignition is off. I've had more then one experience where my radar detector and bluetooth adaptor drained my battery enough that the car wouldn't start without a jump, forcing me to unplug the old adaptor if I wasn't going to drive the car for a few days. With this unit, that problem is solved as I just hit the switch for each adaptor and no more battery drain. Why didn't they think of this a long time ago?This unit also includes 2 USB charger ports at 2.4 mah making for fast cell phone recharges. There is a third port for a new type of plug that I've never heard of, so I can't say anything about it other than its out of the way.On a final note. this unit swivels vertically, which is perfect for any vehicle with an in dash lighter socket. The swivel stays put in multiple positions, allowing you to get that perfect cable arrangement.Considering the relatively low cost, I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

recently purchased 2003 Honda civic coupe. great vehicle, but dated as far as technology goes. my dilemma was I needed something to plug in my dash cam, along with my bluetooth adapter for my Iphone, and the civic only had 1 12V outlet with no usb.I searched online for different Solutions, I wanted something to power (2) devices, have usb ports, and have a switch so I could turn off/on each 12V outlet. this device not only had ALL those features, but also has it's own fuse! really hit the jackpot when i ordered this. It arrived quickly, is sturdy, does what it's supposed to do, and it also features a battery monitor. tells you in real time, what your car battery voltage is.this has to be the most feature filled/well made product that I have found on amazon in a very long time.it's very hard to use older vehicle for daily driver when you have so many modern devices.regardless what your driving old or NEW car, You should always have a working dash cam. those things are life-savers, especially with all the horrible drivers on our roads today. had this for a while now, i've not encountered any issues or problems. if you have a older vehicle, this is a MUST have. money well spent.i have used both 12v outlets, and both usb ports charging two phones at once and not had any problems. it really is a great device.

Nice little splitter for multiple uses from a 12w volt socket. Works in car camper, or boat.

For me, the primary use is to charge my phone in my car. There are two outlets for doing thst. The two additional cigarette lighter outlets just make it bulky and get in the way.
