I think these are the best Vitamin C supplements out on the market. I won't take any other brand. Wal***t, Wal****ns, C**, and any other drugstore or store that has a drugstore dept., seem to sell the cheapies, meaning bad quality. These do not have all the nasty fillers that those cheap quality ones have. That's why I like them. I feel better after I've taken them. They're particularly great against viral and inflammation attacks. One or two a day should do the trick. DO NOT take more than that daily or the excess that's considered "water soluble" that's excreted by your kidneys, will actually build up in your kidney and cause a Kidney Stone, which you DON'T want! Been there done that! I learned my lesson.
