Newer version is very firm, different from the ones at the hotels.
I bought the mattress based on previous experiences staying at Westin hotels.Unfortunately they have changed the mattress and they are not the same as the ones used in the hotels that I stayed with them before.The mattress at the Westin hotels were soft, very comfy and relaxing, I slept like baby when I stay at their hotels, the mattress that I got has a different top and it is quite firm, way firmer than the ones at the hotels, so much that I'm using 2 toppers to make it feel a little bit comfier, but even though, it still feels quite firm.
