I am def going to purchase this again... I am even considering subscribing to purchase on a regular basis. This has my gut in check. I am even witnessing changes to my skin. Of course, diet and water intake are important. I am taking this not only for my gut health promotion but to assist in my weight loss and as part of my hormonal balance regimen. I was 149 lbs on 21st August, and with diet, exercise and supplements, I weighed in at 130 last week, Thursday. (dancing with joy) For reference my height is 5ft 3ins, and I turned 50 on the 20th of August this year, and I had an abdominal hystercetomy on the 23rd of July this year.

I use this to inoculate home made yoghurt. When fermented 36 hours it produces a smooth and thick good tasting product. Don’t be fooled by the first batch which may separate. Suceeding batches, inoculated with the first will be what you expect.

With gut issues, it's hard to know what will be effective. These have been effective with daily use. I would highly recommend, if gas and bloating have become an unwelcome daily experience. These have been better than antiacid-type responses taken when discomfort comes. This just works in the background and you don't have to wait until discomfort starts. It handles it. It has improved my gut health and digestion concerns. I only take one a day.

I'm a home made yogurt nut. I'm hooked. This probiotic is essential and makes a very good yogurt.

I made 3 different yogurts to consume separately. This Gasseri along with Subtillus and Reuteri are game changers. Haven't had turds (like now),..since I was young. I am 71 yrs. old.

Save your money and get individually wrapped probiotics. This product worked for a couple of days at best.

Great for making my SIBO yogurt along with a couple other strains of good gut bacteria. Highly recommend.
