Have bought these 4 times. Every bag has been 100% smooth functioning. Not a single dud. And they roll easily not only on smooth flooring but also on carpet.

Worked perfect for under old drawers used for storage under bed. Rolls well over medium carpet.

They are perfect for something to slid back and forth as they dont turn but for the price a great deal. I used them to attach to the bottom of a set of drawers to roll in and out and it worked perfectly

These wheels are small and were the perfect size to put on the bottoms of some old drawers I was repurposing for storage under a porch daybed. The wheels roll nicely on hard surface and a thin rug. I don’t know how they would roll on thicker carpet. I have the drawers pretty loaded and wheels are working well.

Have a couple of old wooden record crates that drag on the floor or carpet when full, and these wheels made a world of difference sliding the crates under the bed. They do not swivel which served my purpose, and were simple to screw into the bottom of the crates with a power drill. Excellent quality, worth the money, and definitely makes storage easier.
