I love this file cabinet. Very sturdy, and seems to be very well built.The item is shipped in its own packaging, and it is protected very nicely on the inside. The boxing would have to take some serious damage to impact the file cabinet.I am also using the file cabinet to put my printer on.All the drawers are very smooth and quiet during opening and closing. There is a soft nudge you need to give to the drawer to close it. (You feel a firmness as the drawer completes a firm close).There are 4 wheels to put on, assuming you want mobility. The wheels were a little challenging to put on, but only because of the difficulty of using the tool (wrench, if you want to call it that) that is provided to tighten the wheels into place. Just a tight fit getting things started.There is also 1 filing bar to insert, which is used for drawer #3 - the filing drawer. The filing bar's use will be based on your selected file type - Legal or Letter. Very easy to snap into place.Overall this is a great item. I would purchase again, and do recommend to others.

I am a college student, and I work as an independent contractor (from home) for a law firm. This filing cabinet is PERFECT for a small one-bedroom apartment, and the wheels work surprisingly well on carpet.It was easy to assemble, and I've only noticed solid craftsmanship--no defects. The only downside might be that the lock is not the most secure thing I've ever seen. With a little force, someone could pry the drawers open. That said, it fits legal sized folders like a dream, and it's inside my locked apartment.I was most impressed by the little wheel at the bottom-front of the main drawer. It is very easy to open. Couldn't have been happier!

The file cabinet arrived in good shape without any damage. It took about 20 minutes to get it out of the box and install the wheels (hint: read the directions first so you don't put the tiny middle wheel on backwards). If you forget to read the directions, use a screwdriver to pry the edges of the metal covering the plate of the wheel up a bit and you'll be able to get it out and install it correctly. It's no big deal to not get it flattened out again after prying it up, it'll still work find.The lock comes with 2 keys, and does lock all 3 drawers. It feels sturdy and I haven't had any trouble with putting things on top of it. I open and close the drawers almost daily since I use it in my home business. I've had it for a month and no complaints so far.

I bought this for my printer to sit on top and to store ink and paper in the drawer and it is perfect. It's just the right height. It's very well made and I'm very happy with it. I had a chance to interact with their customer service and they are definitely A-league. Good customer service is like gold to me.

Item was very well packed and arrived safely, on the day of delivery Amzn claimed the item will be late, which in the past the sign was either item was lost or damaged. But eventually the item arrived the next day, it has so much packing I don't know how some of the dents in reviews could happen, may be packaging has improved. Its heavy at 45lb, installation is a breeze and drawers slide very smooth and all the way. White color is very nice fits with other furniture. Buy it you won't regret it.

Overall really happy with this thus far. Looks nice & works as expected. I like the wheel on the bottom drawer to help avoid tilting when that bottom cabinet fills out. Small, but helpful feature.

The file cabinet arrived a few days before expected and in perfect condition. The packaging is extraordinary, exemplary! The entire cabinet is enclosed in molded Styrofoam, the corners are further protected with hard plastic corners, all packed inside a sturdy shipping box. Assembly (screwing in the casters) was easy, the drawers slide smoothly, and the keys work well. When locked, all 3 drawers are locked. This is an excellent file cabinet, especially at this price! I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I bought 7 of these for a office remodel and they are AMAZING. Everyone has their own key (none of the keys are identical) that locks all 3 drawers. Very spacious and fit nicely under the desks. They are metal which is great for long term use and they have wheels plus a 5th to help stabilize when the bottom drawer is opened!! Very very easy to assemble and come with a tool to help tighten the wheels.

Product arrived dented. The files in the bottom drawer fall off when full. I ended up putting a whole bankers box inside the drawer so the files would hang properly. Definitely not worth the money
