Egofit is a great company that stands behind their products.
I received my treadmill about a month ago. As advertised it required no setup and I was up and running in my home gym in less than 30minutes. My one concern was the remote which is required to operate the device. I contacted Egofit about ordering a backup in case my remote failed. ( I have already dropped it several times on my hard floor). Within 30 minutes they responded stating a backup remote cost $25 but I could also download an app which would put a remote on my phone. Nice! I downloaded the app and tested it out. It works perfectly via Bluetooth.I would highly recommend this company for producing a quality product and standing behind it with great support.Mark Friedman

Great compact treadmill w/incline. Terrible iphone app.
I've tried three different under-desk treadmills and this is my favorite so far.Pros:- Much shorter than most models, so easier to store and move around.- RF remote that doesn't require pointing.- Can rapidly get back to a desired speed when starting up.- Incline does get your heart rate up faster than a flat treadmill.- Top of belt is above the LCD panel, so your foot doesn't constantly scrape the top as you walk (good design).- Support was fast and helpful.Cons:- Doesn't stand on-end against a wall. This would be so easy for them to fix in a redesign.- Doesn't always re-start to your previous speed level (would be easy for them to fix).- Iphone app is terrible. It plays music with no off switch, and tries to go into a "workout" mode when you just want to turn it on and select a speed. They need to redesign it.- First time I used it the belt was "jerky" and I had to tighten it significantly to make it safe to use.

Gets you moving at your desk
I absolutely love the EgoFit treadmill. I got the one with the handle and I am glad I did. At first, I thought I would only want to use it while I was working at my standup desk, but, as it turns out, I also like use it as a stand alone. the handle is great for that because I seem to have trouble walking fast without something to hold onto. As for the belt slipping that other people have mentioned, I have not had much of a problem with this. When it happens occassionally, I just walk to the oposite side of the belt and it fixes it. I haven't had to oil the deck yet, or adjust the belt. As for the remote, I have not had a single issue using it, and it works perfectly. This purchase was well worth the money. I use it every day and feel healthier now that I do! Only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because the handly is only fixable in one position, and I feel it should be able to be adjusted a little more slanted inward for comfort.

To My Surprise!
Based on the reviews of this product, I was so ready to write a Bad review. Of course I did not read the product manual and got frustrated when it did not operate right out-of-the-box. The red magnetic safety clip was not in place on the handrail (otherwise, the belt will Not move). I fixed that and it operated perfectly! As noted in the reviews, the remote control did not work (possibly a new battery is needed); however, the Mobile app is Excellent and easy to use without logging into the App!I thought I could easily conquer this little treadmill while watching a movie. Wrong!!! That little incline is no joke!! I am truly out-of-shape and could barely do 30 minutes at 3.0 MPH walking. With the treadmill's incline, I felt more comfortable at 2.0 MPH, but I love the challenge the incline offered at a faster speed. My height of 5'1" and my short strides allowed me more than enough room to glide back a bit to walk on the lower incline portion of the treadmill. I've seen the reviews where folks complained that the length of the treadmill did not offer enough room to walk or jog; however, at my height, the length is "more" than enough room.To my surprise, I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the Egofit Walker Plus-M1T. I was so ready to complain based on the initial setup, but I am absolutely Happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to anyone who is "short" in stature.

Love it!
I've had this treadmill for about a month. So far I'm loving it as it's very easy to move around and I just put it under my stand up desk. I've truly enjoyed being able to walk on it while working and it's not overly loud. I did have an issue with the app not having the same info as the machine but tech support was able to help me out very quickly as it was an easy fix within the settings.I'm glad I decided to go with the incline version as I feel that I get more of a work out even at a slow pace as I work. The only thing I'd say is on the remote that I wish the buttons were different colors or indented more as for me they're hard to see but now I have them memorized. Other than that I highly recommend this!
