Perfect
I’m loving the new full size Murphy bed, it’s exactly what I needed for my grandchildren. It looks great and the quality of the bed is great. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I am very happy with the space the kids have in the room to play now, the size is perfect and it wasn’t that hard to assemble. I did purchase a 6” mattress for thickness and it folds up perfectly inside. I slept on it myself and it was comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely
Looks lovely and feels sturdy—perfect for a guest room! I do recommend it. However, I would’ve given it a perfect score if the assembly instructions were clearer. It took some trial and error and a bit of logical thinking to figure things out. Also, there were a few small dings, but luckily, they’re all hidden once assembled. Additionally, two of the knobs are loose and won't stay. Lastly, note you CAN fit a 6 inch. trifold mattress. It’s what we used.

Amazing product, would recommend!
The media could not be loaded. So gorgeous and sturdy! I honestly had pretty low expectations in terms of sturdiness, but I received this bed and not only did it only take me 2 hours to put together (with a drill and help from my husband) but it was also so sturdy and pretty once put together! Size and thickness are great, real queen size that fits a standard queen mattress. Very functional and so easy to open alone. Great value for money, if you are thinking about this, get it! It’s very comfortable!

Happy with our new queen-sized guest bed.
I bought the queen-sized Murphy bed.I've ordered flat-packed desks and shelves requiring self-assembly before, but this beast was definitely the most tedious one I've put together. Looking back at the directions: It required a total of 305 (yes, three-hundred and five) different types of screws, cam screws, and cam locks. I put it all together by myself, in sections, over the course of three days. Although I didn't keep an exact record of how long it took; I'd estimate it took me around 6-7 hours just for assembly. I couldn't even say how long it took to inventory all of the pieces when they arrived or how long I spent cleaning up Styrofoam afterward. And, although it has so many screws: DO NOT use a power drill to put this together. The screws will strip out very quickly. I cannot recommend using a ratcheting screwdriver enough. I'm pretty sure my arm would have given out if I'd try tackling this with a manual one. And, as others have said; the instructions are not perfect. It was really difficult for me to work out the orientation of the slides on the pull-out support, I'm pretty sure a two part numbers were flip/flopped at one point, and cam lock was mislabeled with the wrong part number in one spot.Regardless, everything we together really well. I had all of the hardware I needed as well as a few extras. It feels really sturdy when I lay on it and I'm really happy with the finished product. Because this will be on carpet, though, the wheels for the pull-out support sink into the carpet and leave a notable, un-supportive gap. I've temporarily resolved that with some leftover cardboard from shipping (pictured.)This is going to be put in a guest room, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it as a routinely-used bed. It feels sturdy, now, but I can't speak for how long that will last.Mine had the usual bumps and dings from I've come to expect from shipped, flat-packed furniture, but one of the parts arrived very noticeably damaged (pictured.) The way it was sheared off, I assume it was due to handling during shipping. I reached out to the seller for a replacement and I'm very happy with the response I got. They answered within about 4 hours and I had a replacement on my doorstep in three days.Overall, for the size, cost, weight, and the fact I wasn't missing any parts or hardware: I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The fact that the seller was so responsive about a broken piece was a great added bonus. It was a lot of work and it's not perfect, but I got exactly what I paid for.

Difficult to assemble
Very nice appearance once it is assembled although a bit flimsy. Assembly was horrible, multiple parts with picture drawings, but no actual directions.

Great!! Highly recommend
Highly recommend if youre looking for a hidden bed that you can rely on.I spent the better part of 2 weeks looking at different options and this one was the one to beat. The bed came pretty quick after order and goodness were the boxes it came in HEAVY. Putting the bed together alone took about 2-3 hours and wasn't too difficult. I recommend getting everything in order before you get going cause there are a lot of parts. It is funny to show people because they never would guess that its a bed and looks just like a dresser in person. Unfolding it and storing it is easy but takes a little bit of strength. Just remember to read the instructions when you get it set up. That middle support is a huge deal. My dad slept on it when he came to visit and said it was really sturdy. One thing that i did notice was the slats for the foot are not very sturdy so just be sure to enter the bed from the sides not the bottom. We did end up putting plywood on the foot to give it a little more umph. Overall love this bed and how easy it is to set up. We have a 3" folding mattress so we are able to put our pillows and comforter in the main compartment and the sheets and throw blanket in the drawer on the bottom.

Decent for the product
This was a little tricky to set up even with a good knowledge of basic mechanics. Instructions were okay. Probably help.to have two eyes and and extra set of hands ro build. All in all it's a solid bed for the guest bedroom. Mattress options are limited due to the size of the mattress compartment but it works fine for intended use.. not a daily driver for sure.

A really nice piece of furniture.
I really like my Murphy Bed. I even put it together by myself. I am a 73 yr.old woman by the way. I'm not gonna lie it took me about 6-7 hours to complete with a couple glitches along the way. But quickly remedied. A couple of suggestions that will help are... place all the board pieces by #1-#33 Around the space/room in order & all of the screws/bolts/hinges/etc on a tray in A-T. If not already in a Zip lock bag put in a sandwich baggie with the corresponding letter written on it. Organizing all of this prior will make it much easier & with both a cordless screwdriver and hand held makes the job go smoother. The instructions were pretty clear. This is a VERY heavy piece of furniture (over 200lbs.) so you may want to put sliders under the main cabinet corners for ease of moving around. It's also easy to set up.
