Cuts like a Laser, The White and Brown Oval Handle
I have the white and brown Oval Handle, purchased 8-23-25, but not on the page today, 8-24-25; perhaps it will be offered later. It is beautiful, well made, and comfortable to hold. The blade arrived so sharp I didn't strop it, and I am picky/ It cuts like a laser, the thin, light, and well sharpened blade falling through whole onions, sandwiches, everything with very little pressure; it even cuts my 100% whole grain homemade bread, though when it's fresh from the oven with a crispy crust, the Wusthof Super Slicer works better with its curvy serrations. It is a pleasant knife to use.

Great knife
Very nice knife. Beautiful, thin, sharp, great balance.The packaging has good presentation, but is only jpst adequate for he rigtors of Amazon shipping. Impacts in transit punched the blade tip slightly through the end of the box, bending the very tip. A lick on a stone straightened it out no problem, but the customer shouldn't need that skill. And presumably the tip was poking out creating a hazard at some point.

Really great value. Came very sharp, has great edge geometry, very thin behind the edge. The handle feels a bit long and awkward at first but it actually helps to balance the knife well. A great purchase for yourself or a friend who wants a decent kitchen knife without spending a fortune.

Wow. Never thought I would have such a quality knife for the price.
Finally, a knife right out of the box that is sharp as one can hope. I have searched for quality knives for decades. This is the best knife in my opinion for an excellent price. I couldn't be more satisfied.
