Performs Beautifully
I've recently custom built my first computer with some pretty nice specs; all parts were purchased from amazon. One thing I mistakenly settled on was the power supply. My previous power supply was 500 watts and my system would require several tries to power on, and then finally quit on me. I figured I needed a better power supply with more wattage and amps. I purchased this from amazon and so far it's been wonderful. My system now runs with no problem and I only have to power it once...there is more than enough cords for everything.the cord are long enough to reach as far as you need them and are neatly braided covered. The neon light is also nice and the power supply is pretty quiet. Here are components Connectors from OEM: 1 x Main connector (20+4 pin) 1 x 12V(4+4-pin) 6 x peripheral 8 x SATA 1 x Floppy 2 x PCI-E 6pin, 2x PCI-E 6+2 Pin

Very Poor quality PSU
I had this PSU for about two months and then it started failing. I was forced to buy another one, and I'm very happy with it. Don't buy a power supply unless it's at least bronze 80+ certified. The color doesn't always mean it's a good product. Pros: High watts, and able to power a high end PC Cons: Not bronze 80+ certified Failed after a couple months of use

Not happy
I got this because it was cheap it looked cool and it supported SLI mode. It worked for a couple days after I got it then I started to smell smoke I turned off my computer and I couldn't turn the computer back on. I got another PSU for a little more $$$ and it worked. I guess I must have gotten a bum unit because other people seem happy with it in any case I not gonna ask for a replacement just a refund.

When it was working it was great! Silent operation
So I bought this PSU roughly 5 months ago and I have had to replace it already. When it was working it was great! Silent operation, did what it was supposed to be doing and ran my rig just fine. After awhile though maybe it started to give out, idk. But recently when I started to play games my computer would start to restart itself for no reason, I went and checked the event list on my computer and it was giving me a kernel error. Which 99% of the time means you need to replace your PSU... So I did and everything is fine again. All in all, its a good deal, but beware! It may give out on you very very quickly. I wish I would have just went with the PSU I did this time around.

Perfect power supply.
I was building a computer, I had everything assembled correctly, and everything was good. I stand it up, push the power button, and zilch happened. I then discovered my old power source was not adequate enough to run the new motherboard. (ASUS F1A75-V Pro) So I order this power supply. Plug everything in, and BAM! First time, everything worked perfectly. Later on I found myself freaking out though, because I turned on the computer and heard nothing. But then the boot menu and everything came online. This is absolutely the most quite power source I have ever heard. Almost non-existent. You have to listen closely to hear it. This power source has an abundance of power cables. (so many I had to cram them in the empty HDD bays I had.) It is definitely made for large computers. Also, the cords have great reaching length. I had an 8-pin that needed to be plugged in at the top of the motherboard, and it was not a problem to reach it. This is an amazing product.

Really worth it
This item is worth every dollar. For over 1 month I have been looking for a 1000 Watt power supply that wouldn't be overpriced due to it's brand name and this PSU is the one. Works completely silently. All the necessary cables for SLI / Crossfire needs. Power connector for both 20 pin and 24 pin type motherboards. Many SATA power connectors for those who plan to install a lot of drives (especially now with the SSD getting more affordable). There are even connectors for those who still use their IDE type hard drives. If your computer case is transparent, then you'll get to see the nice blue illumination on the fan of the PSU. Bottom line: This PSU costs much less compared to big brand named PSU. Does the job silently and fits into a mini tower case without trouble.
