I wasn’t sure if a gummy could really help with menopause symptoms, but I’m seriously impressed. It's been a week, and while I'm trying to stay hopeful, I’m still rocking the sweaty disco nap at midnight and the daytime desert-to-Arctic temperature swings. I was really hoping this gummy would be the fairy godmother of menopause, but so far, it’s just been... a gummy. Fingers crossed that the magic ingredient is just taking its sweet time to kick in. To be completely honest, I don’t know that I notice any difference with these gummies but they’re fun to take, the texture is perfect, and they taste amazing. More like candy than anything else but they may have added benefits so why not!

Y'all I thought I'd wait to post a review on this to see how it did and well....I had my reflux under control for over 10 years and this product has started giving me breakthrough reflux through both of my reflux meds so I definitely have to throw it out. I haven't had reflux breakthrough in 10 yrs. I'm so sad. This product really messed me up. Wish I would have never found it. Bought it. And taken it. Going to be rough getting over this!
