We had a couple of practices on the lawn first before taking it to the beach. On the first outing it was a very windy sunny day and we had a 2 year old Grandson with us. It was really light to carry and went up easily. Our grandson loved filling the pockets with stones. We got 2 standard folding camping chairs and all our stuff in. Because of the flaps over the windows it was airy but not cold. It packed up easily when we left the beach and the Velcro on the stone pockets was great for removing the contents quickly. It’s good if you need to put it up quick whilst watching young children and my grandson approves.

The tent arrived midday on the day it said it would. Extremely happy with the fast delivery service.I was surprised by the length of the package and the tent carry bag did seem a fair amount longer than I had expected it to be.I was a little bit disappointed that it wasn't in the zip up bag as was shown on the ad picture, but was in a looser, drawstring instead, but I wasn't overly bothered by it & it seemed to match the tent better.Oddly though, upon opening the tent it gave off a rather weird smell, which unfortunately I can only describe as being a bit of a moldy kind of smell. But the tent itself looked brand new and was wrapped up as so too, so I'm not exactly sure why this would be the case. Maybe where it was stored had something to do with that.The tent itself, I am so over the moon with!! So much so that the couple of unexpected things really do not matter in comparison to how I feel about tgis tent! I've left the tent open to air, and will be wiping the insides to freshen it a bit. It's definately NOT a deal breaker.The tent it spacious, it didn't take me long to put it up, and it's easy to take down again.And it's I find it light to carry!Most of all I LOVE how it looks. Very Impressed with this tent! And CAN'T WAIT to take it out to the park on a sunny day with the kiddos!!I highly recommend it, for any one considering getting it!

Did the usual investigations in tk which beach tent we should get. Had the pop up ones that seem impossible to get back in to the sized circle required for the bag and ones with poles that you have to feed through the tent to make make its shape. This is by far the easiest, biggest and smartest looking beach tent we’ve had. Took longer to get out than to get it up; nothing wrong with the bag either - I just hadn’t slacked off the little plastic grip enough. Neat idea is the velcro sand pockets to weight it down. Instead of having to try and turn the pocket inside out to stop it from being a haven for sand that’ll make it in to your car you simply pull the velcro apart and brush the sand off what is now just a sheet. Simple idea but clever. We liked this one we bodyboard with our kids. So we can zip out bags and towels in it when we go down to the water. We can still see our tent but it just means no one can see in it or be opportunistic in taking a bag. It’s more than big enough to sit in it and pull on a wetsuit too. The fabric is good and the ‘windows’ makes it simple to see where the kids are if they wander round the back / sides. Taking it down is super simple and for once you have a bag that bigger than the tent meaning you don’t have to fight to get it in; at the end of a beach day this seemed like a true benefit as all you want to do is pack up and go. It’s not at all heavy either so carrying it is a doddle. No need to look any further for a beach tent; just get this one. I bought mine through Prime so it arrived the following day; packaged well in a big box.

This is an easy tent to put up and down compared to the pop up tent we had which was such a pain when we went to the beach last year and caused much stress! Good size tent with lovely design of windows, sand pockets, zip up front for privacy. Only downside was product appeared dirty/used when first opening and there are two small rips/tears in the carry bag and a part of the floor is dusty/dirty. Maybe it was a returned item which was used? Or one not looked after in the warehouse... Would still recommend if looking for a good size beach tent.

Awesome beach tent, super fast and easy to put up and pack down. Size is good for two adults and a child to sit in comfortably. I’m 6’2” and fairly overweight and it fits me fine. Great to be able to open up the sides for a nice breeze. Zip up porch does the job so you can change inside, just watch that you unzip the corners fully when using it as a front mat otherwise there’s a good chance you could strain and break the zip there. The bag is not as pictured, it’s a drawstring bag which is fine, just a little harder to get the tent into, but that’s no bother. Only given it 4 stars purely because the bag handle broke on the first time we took it to the beach. It might be because I was trying to wear it over my shoulder and I put too much strain on it but it wasn’t very securely stitched in. We usually take a parasol and a wind break to the beach anyway so I’ve found just lashing all 3 together with a piece of rope at both ends and using the excess in the middle for a strap works really well. Apart from the bag strap, this is an excellent purchase and I can highly recommend it, worth the cost and you certainly won’t regret it.

Amazing! Easy to pop up, easy to put down (even in some light winds), and just what we were looking for (for dog shade).Good for the beach, with sand pockets to weight it down and pockets inside to hold your phone, keys, etc.In heavy winds this would be difficult (as with all tents) and the fold up size is much bigger than an equivalent carbon fibre pole type tent, but you make up for that in convenience.

Very nice beach tent. Very light to carry as well. Sets up easily with minimal fuss and light weight of the tent allows it to be lifted up and shaken out before packing away. I was very pleasantly surprised at how stable it is in a fairly strong wind. My wife went swimming while the dog and I sat inside and enjoyed the shade. Comes with guy ropes to hold it down but we have yet to use them. I have used the tent pegs and they have been sufficient. I usually bring along a picnic blanket and lay it inside. Can be closed up to allow one person enough space to change out of their bathing suit in private. Highly recommended!
