Definitely sweat when I take this lol. It taste amazing and the energy boost i get from it mixed with the Alpha Lion Pump is amazing. No crash after workout is a plus.

As others mentioned, poorly sealed. first product from alpha lion that didn't meet expectations from first impression. it's expensive, should be better sealed to avoid waste of expensive product. well packed by amazon but bottle simply couldn't handle shipping properly.will see if at least performs good as other AL products.

Love this product. I go to the gym 4 times a week at 4.30 am. I take it at 4 by 4.35 I am dripping sweat. Its like they've cranked the temp up. Its definitely helping me burn the gutt off for summer

About halfway through the bottle.I usually take a full shot in the morning and after 30mins or so, you start getting hot so I guess it is working.I don't workout after I take it, I usually do it before I go into work, where I sit in an office.The taste is awesome, I love the flavor. It's strong but not overwhelming.Value.. I think it's reasonable, everything is going up, including preworkouts. I believe it's like 31 sevings.I do feel a bump in energy, I am fairly insensitive to preworkouts, even the ones with stims.People complain about the "seal" and I see why. You need to have it twisted on fairly tight for it not to leak, and even then, I can see it still not sealing correctly. Also the cap is what you use to drink with, so any residual amount will come down, so it doesn't help.I do have a weird side effect, I salivate(my mouth waters like crazy) a TON when this stuff kicks in and it seems to last the whole day. I took it on the morning and my mouth was still going crazy that night, so much that I had issues sleeping.

Feels like it’s effective, I just ordered my second bottle. My goal was to cut and lose weight for the summer so along with diet and consistent cardio I lost some weight. It makes me sweat a lot especially during cardio. I have noticed a dramatic loss in hair on my crown where I was slightly thinning already and the timeline coincides with when I started using this. Has anyone else noticed this? I’m a 34 year old male if that helps
