I take this for about a six week period. Every three months as part of a cycle of other supplements. This really allows my mood to remain peaceful and calm. It puts me at ease. And that helps with cortisol levels. Not to mention, I love, wild and organic as a company. I tend to turn to them first whenever looking for the supplement I need. Their products are always high-quality. I have never had an issue with packaging or delivery. They are so consistent and I value that.

Great product. Im glad I stumbled upon it. For me, on day 2, I noticed that I was no longer craving carbs or any kind of sweet. I wasn't reaching or looking for them and the whole morning will go by and I don't go looking for a mid morning snack. Actually, truth be told I wasn't eating much at all. I was still getting hungry at meal times, but h because of my schedule I just wasn't slowing down to eat much. I now am making sure to eat the recommended calories for my age and all that. I'm 51 and 149 lbs when I started taking it. I have gained about 20 lbs in the last 2 years from all my carb snacking, getting older, and my husband and I dining out a lot. I didn't start taking the supplement because of weight loss, I was more interested in most of the other benefits but I'm mentioning this one because it was the most obvious. I have used it for 2 weeks and when I weighed myself yesterday I was down to 145.6 lbs. However, my husband took my supplement instead of his (his Saffron is another brand and in capsule form) and he hadn't noticed the same effect but it was definitely a change in cravings for me. ** I will note that it comes with a dropper to measure out the dose (image) and you do have to be careful about how much you're measuring because the 88 mg is actually at the .7 mLmark and not the full 1.0 mL mark, which is what you get with a full dropper load- so I had been routinely taking about 100mg before noticing my error. I just assumed the dropper had been made for the supplement and that the full dose would be the 1.0**

I can’t believe how sweet this is. I need to find another brand, this is much more glycerin than I want to be taking. Disappointed!
