False Advertising. It IS Bluetooth to Xbox, but the mic will not work. To be able to use the mic with Xbox, you have to use the wire which loses to entire point of a wireless headset. My right ear stopped working 10 minutes into me trying to connect it to my Xbox anyways, so there’s the quality for you. They actually are nice headphones, just upset it is not what I was looking for, even though it is advertised as that.

Fast delivery. Audio not bad! Full and emersive sound. Seems cheaply built though. Wireless has an echo on chat. Adjusted settings every which way to no avail. Yes Wireless adapter was fully and securely installed. Wired mode lasted about a week and now it just has a scratchy feedback sound.

I bought these for the wireless factor, in hope that they would have the good sound quality they claim to have, but they disappointed. The gaming headphones do sound decent WITH the wire, but without it, it sounds muffled, and like it has an echo.

If i could i would rate this product a negative 5 brought it for my husband birthday and when he went to use it the first time after charging and it wouldn’t work and i tried to return it so we could get another but at that time it wasn’t taking refund so im highly disappointed in the product if i received another one thats works i would definitely change my review but until then negative 5

I love this wireless headset. The 3D sound quality is noticeable, the noise-canceling microphone works great, and the battery lasts for hours. It's compatible with PS5, PS4, Mac, and Xbox. It's comfortable to wear, and the materials feel nice. If you're looking for something versatile and hassle-free for multiple platforms, this is a great option.

After a few weeks of using, I can confidently recommend avoiding this thing. While using this thing wirelessly, I got frequent complaints about me sounding choppy, while all my friends sounded choppy on my end, although the only common denominator was myself. After ditching the dongle and using it with the wire, they said I sounded better, it would still have episodes of choppy-ness, where it would eventually devolve into bad quality, and I’d have to reset my whole Xbox to make it sound good again. Sometimes, even though the sound of my party would come through just fine, the sound of my Xbox and game would not play through it. Although the sound quality is fine when it actually works, those episodes do not make them worth it. Remember folks: you don’t always save money on cheap tech.

Works but can hear yourself talking

It's a headset I guess. The problem is I can't get it to work on my pc. It's either the headset works and the microphone doesn't or vice-versa. On console I have to join and leave chat multiple times because it won't let me use the mic until I join and leave 20 times. When my mic does work it's fine except for the multiple times I come in sounding like a robot. The way I know it is the headset and not connection issues with my internet is because I used my wife's headset and it worked perfectly. If you are wanting a headset to have for guests or to give a kid this is the headset for you. But for anything else just go for the $100 or more ones it's not worth wasting money on this.
