Babolat Vibrakill Vibration Dampener

I bought this for a strange reason. I am a studio guitarist and sound designer, and I wanted something I could put under the strings at the bridge of an acoustic to completely dampen the sound to create a specific tone. This works brilliantly, in a number of configurations, and is now an invaluable recording studio tool! ...You should see what else guitar players use to create interesting sounds!!

Fits snuggly over 6 strings, although during play the ends can pop out so worth checking intermittently, they easily push back into place. I say it agian though, 6 strings! This is quite a coverage, meaning the dampening effect is excellent. This product has really helped my tennis elbow by reducing the vibration transmitted down my arm and I believe it has given me more raquet control. It has definitely raised my confidence in playing. I would recommend to anyone.

They do stop some of the vibration and are easy to put on the racket, so I would recommend them.The only annoying bit I find is they do tend to fall out but so do a lot of other makes as well !

Eliminates the vibrations but moves often between the strings and needs to be constantly corrected.

Does exactly what I wanted with no fuss. Can't improve on that!

Dampner does kill the vibrations but Keeps coming off after every few games. Really bad product.
