Wormageddon!!
Okay. I’m fairly new to this vermicomposting ‘malarkey’ but have jumped in with both feet so to speak. This wormery is sturdy and manageable although moving it once assembled and ‘filled’ is a difficult task… my only issue is where to put the tests when inspecting the lower trays. I need to sort that out! My worms are fairly happy now after a short settling in period. I’m thinking of getting serious at this ‘thing’.. so may outgrow this system but for the time being very happy. The vendors price was just right.. many similar(but differently branded) options are much more expensive and represent(to me) poor value for money. You could go the DIY route easily enough but I work away all week so buying this example suited me better..‘Let the composting begin’PS.. IT ALREADY HAS!!

Good Wormery
Easy to assemble. Instructions needed to be clearer. Worms escaping easily passed the white cloth membrane so replaced it with a heavier gauge weed suppressant material. The cloth included needs to be replaced with cloth that is more substantial for the price.

Quite pricey
Does what it says but costly for a few plastic trays. Not convinced.

Definitely recommend
It was very easy to assemble, and very sterdy. I do have it outside, although quite sheltered. I placed a brick on top as lid has blown off in a lot of wind, and it has been fine. Have had it going a couple of months now and its going great.

Bitterly disappointed in the design for the price
Firstly the pictures are a little misleading and it's quite small. The lid is lightweight and doesn't clip into place, so you need to use a brick or clips to hold it in place. The holes in the lid are bigger in circumference than the worms, and also make me think I am going to have a major fruit fly problem like there is with traditional compost bins. I have glued some membrane on the inside for now.The trays slide down to much smaller than is shown in the pic, if they are raised to the height in the pics, 1. There is nothing holding them in place and likely to blow off and 2. there is a large gap around each tray which will easily let worms out and leaves enough room for slugs to climb in. I am going to have to glue a rubber flange around each tray. The membrane is awkward, you put it over the liquid collection caught in place by the first tray. This should have its own holder.Overall for the price, I am bitterly disappointed with the design and wish I had spent a bit more on a better one.

Working well
I've been very pleased with this. After a few weeks I've started to get about a pint of fertiliser liquid a week and I'm already making rich compost. However, I've learned to keep the drain open at all times with a jug underneath otherwise the liquid can start to seep under the bin and onto the ground.

Easy to put together
The product was easy to assemble and uncomplicated. It's neat and tidy and not too big. How sturdy it is will be revealed when any bad weather arrives. The assembly instructions were in diagram form and easy to follow but there were no instructions on how to make the wormery work.
