I am a certified, holistic health coach, so wellness and great health is my gig. This liquid collection of minerals is vital to our bodies, and absorption matters! If you are taking other minerals but they are not being 100% absorbed, why even bother? There are others out there, but IMO this one is the best. It tastes awful, but I put in some green powder and just a bit of water, which then makes it palatable enough to get down. Other drinks would take the edge off as well, but I mind the added sugar. For me, I do the minerals and her magnesium at night, close to bedtime. The magnesium tastes ever worse, so I put it in a spray bottle and spray on my legs. After about 20 mins. and it has air dried (been absorbed by my body), I wipe off with a wet paper towel. Just before I wipe off the magnesium, it shows white on my legs and starts to itch. Yay... it's working and was absorbed by my skin! Using both of these products at the same time is advised, as they are synergistic to each other. And wait until you see how well you sleep! I often get 3-4 hours of Deep Sleep, as recorded by my Apple Watch app known as Autosleep. What a difference to your health these products can make. So far, after taking them for almost a year, I lost benign, uterine, fibroid tumors... 1 ovarian cyst... my cholesterol level is below 200 (175 now), I need half the dosage of natural thyroid medicine, and hope to soon be off of it, my only drug. You owe it to yourself and your health to try these products to see how they work for you. Suggestion: we all need iodine too, and Sea Kelp works with these products well. PS her lotion product containing magnesium is also good, or if you have a thick lotion/cream now, just add some ReMag to it and make your own!

These are my go to minerals for daily consumption. Just add a cap full to a gallon of water and you’re good to go.

This is the best type of magnesium you could ever find anywhere that I know of because change is 100% absorbable. It has literally saved my life and changed my world from bad to wonderful again. I highly highly recommend it. I cannot stress that enough. Taken as it is directed, you cannot go wrong, I promise.

This product has next to no taste. It has increased my energy. Haven't been back to doctor yet. But I am hoping some of my health issues have improved also. I put 3/4 a teaspoon in my coffee each morning.

I'm using this product and ReMag for general health purpose. I still don't like the taste but after reading the book on magnesium's impact on our body I just accept it. I mix a teaspoon of both in about 1/2 cup of cranberry raspberry lite juice and down it quickly. I have a small amount of chocolate milk waiting to remove the taste and it works. I must be getting used to the taste somewhat because it doesn't seem to taste as strong as it did. I want to give my body every nutrient it needs so that I stay healthy well into my 90's - I'm about to turn 80 and feel like 60 with plenty of energy. I will keep ordering both products. Eve Vaughn

Started three months ago with her ReMag magnesium, then added this, and later , her calcium. Put all three in my morning juice mix or coffee to help cover the taste. Feel amazing! GREAT stuff!! We are mostly pretty unaware of the health-enhancing, healing properties of minerals -- especially MAGNESIUM -- which are needed by every cell, and which are largely missing in our foods (due to intensive farming depleting the soil...) Every one in America should try a bottle of this over a month or two or three, and see if it helps whatever needs helping in their health. Seriously.

I’d like to make a comment regarding the taste and reactions people may be having taking these products from Dr Dean. First of all, the taste isn’t great and can be very strong, but people need to understand that these are highly concentrated minerals, the taste is not unusual. Next, the instructions state to “go low and slow,” meaning start with a low amount and work your way up slowly. It’s formulated to be taken in a water bottle with salt for better absorption. If you’re not used to taking minerals in liquid form, you can expect it to be a stronger taste, but as you titrate up you will get used to the taste. Just my two cents.
