A worthwhile upgrade from the original
This is a great upgrade to the original. These are much smaller and seem to have a better range. They work great with Home Assistant and fit perfect in standard boxes with standard switches. The pairing process was wicked fast. I am very happy with the upgrade.

Compatibility to Philips Hue Hub
Bought these to use with Philips Hue Hub, could not pair at beginning, saw some comments online and found out that you need to upgrade the firmware to 1.0.4 to make it compatible. Bought a Sonoff bridge and update firmware, eventually got it work with Hue hub, overall works great at this moment and much cheaper than other alternative options. Will update here to see the stability

So close to perfect. I wish someone told be about these sooner.
Almost perfect! Give these power management and these would be perfect. i appreciate the installation flexibility of including multiple neutrals and switch cables. They're quite small and fit great behind switches and wherever else you can think to tuck them. not quite as small as the Shelly 1pm mini gen4s i also bought but it's not so much of a complaint as they're small enough for most projects. Zigbee connectivity is great! and you can configure them through zigbee without an additional app. The shelly's dont do that! Also, when these are in decoupled relay mode (whatever they call it) and become disconnected from the zigbee network, they revert to dumb switches! So great!!! They essentially do everything they can to keep your switches switching. Really NO complaints on functionality save for the power monitoring - especially for the price. If i were to ask Sonoff for any additional functionality i'd say try to make ones that work with dimmer switches! have a calibration step where you can take readings of the upper and lower dimming values so if it changes, manually, update it to that. and when it changes via over the zigbee network, hold those values until the voltage on the physical switch changes. i dont know... i'm sure it could be done. Lutron essentially has this figured out with their diva smart switch - but you're now replacing the whole switch which is way more expensive than these devices - and they dont power monitoring either... and wont/cant.

size and connectivity
Very small size, and with S1 and S2 connections you can wire the existing old analog switch in a lot of ways.

Just works
These are awesome. I use them to control outlets and light switches in my home. I use Home assistant and these just worked out of the box with the matter integration. I recommend them to everyone that wants to make some dumb switches or outlets smart. Worth every penny.

On/Off, that's what you want it to do and it does
SO, what should you know about these? Well, they turn lights on and they turn lights off. It is really that simple, but there is a little more. The way they work the switch doesn't work as a traditional on/off, it is more like a three way switch. What I mean is that if you light switch is in the off position and you turn the light on via the app, when you switch the physical switch to on the light will go off. Not a biggie because I really don't ever use the physical switch for the light I am using. I do like that I was able to just add it to my Smartthings without having to use the ewelink app. Also, adding another Zigbee to my mesh is helping other devices that are further away from the Smartthings/Aeotec hub. What I didn't like....well I almost wired it up wrong! The directions were SO small I had to take a picture and enlarge it on my phone! Ok, maybe that is because I am getting old. Just make sure you understand how to hook it up before you try to hook it up. It involved finding the neutral in a box with 5 switches and then adding a neutral to go from that neutral twist to the device and then the neutral from the light to the device. Oh geez, I hope that makes sense. In short, I am happy with the buy. 4 devices for the price of one enbrighten smart switch works for me. It wasn't as easy an install, but I am okay with that. I say go for it.

Invisible smart switch
I wish they had more current capacity but I get that this is more of a budget item. I spent a good 8 hours digging in my ceiling (just 4 switches) looking for neutral wires but it did work. You do have to be careful not to put an outlet inline with the switch when not intending to, I had to pigtail several connections to stop this. I know they make a no neutral version but it supports less amps and I wanted more headroom. When dealing with 3 way switches I would have had to put this between the light and wires were I already was anyway or else l wouldn’t fully be able to control if the light was on or off.
