Good value, good size and quality, easy to swollow with no after taste. For me I have cancer and its really helped boost my energy and fertility, so couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Total game changer for constant lack of energy and fatigue that I’ve been plagued by. Slight vegetal taste if not swallowed immediately but go down easily and do not taste if taken with water. I chose these as a reasonable price to continue with if they worked as it’s not my only supplement and they do!

I have had low Thyroid problems for years and although I've been on levothyroxine 125mg I've never felt any different, always tired and low energy.
