Handy Replacement Set for Eureka J15 Pro
These dust bags and mop cloths are a perfect fit for my Eureka J15 Pro. The large capacity means I don’t have to change them as often, and they do a great job of trapping dust and debris. The extra mop cloths are a nice bonus, keeping my floors clean without much effort. A great value pack for keeping my vacuum running smoothly!

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased my J15 Ultra on June 5, 2025 from Amazon. It performed adequately for only the first 1–2 weeks, aside from the dustbin never emptying. Since then, it has experienced errors every single time it runs.Recurring Issues:Dustbin never empties.“Unable to cut hair” error occurs despite the roller brush being completely free of hair. I even replaced the brush, but the error persists.“Robot Trapped” error occurs while the unit is sitting on the base with nothing obstructing it. Sensors have been cleaned repeatedly, yet the issue continues.“Robot Trapped” error occurs in open or simple corners where there is no valid reason for it to be trapped.Difficulty returning to base—often approaching the base, then turning away and roaming aimlessly until the battery dies.Troubleshooting Already Performed:Deleted and remapped the entire house.Powered the unit off and on.Removed and reconnected to the network.Replaced the dust bag.Cleaned all sensors.Replaced the filter.Replaced the roller brush.I’ve emailed Eureka multiple times requesting assistance. When I follow the instructions they provide to obtain the requested information, I’m unable to find what they’re asking for. I’ve included screenshots showing what I see, yet their response continues to be, “We’re still waiting on a response.” The J15 Ultra is a complete waste of money, and Eureka provides terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
